Saratoga Investment provides capital to fund buyouts, acquisitions, growth, recapitalizations, note purchases and other types of financing. The Company’s strategy contemplates investments in a variety of different asset classes including:
- First lien loans;
- Second lien loans;
- Senior secured bonds;
- Unsecured bonds;
- Mezzanine debt; and
- Preferred and common equity.
Saratoga Investment’s primary focus is making investments in private middle market companies, that have annual EBITDA (earnings before net interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization) of between $5 million and $50 million. |
